Governance
The 3ST Strategic Group and Executive Team together form a robust governance structure dedicated to supporting leadership, strategic activities, and communication across North West London (NWL).
More than just a group of charities
The 3ST Strategic Group started life as a 32-member group with three representatives from each of the eight boroughs in NWL.
The 3ST Executive Team is a smaller group responsible for regional strategic and income generation activities.
Meeting monthly, it invites key individuals from the NWL Integrated Care System (ICS) for discussions and development.
Members are selected by the Strategic Group.

The 3ST executive team is a smaller executive group, responsible for regional strategic and income generation activity and with oversight of borough and neighbourhood activity.
It meets monthly and regularly invites key individuals from the NWL ICS to share in its discussions and our development.
The executive group will develop and maintain regional relationships with the NHS’s ICS structures.
Members are selected by the Strategic Group.
