Virtual Work Experience PLUS! In Administration

West North London Health & Social Care Skills Academy are pleased to offer a FREE 3-day Virtual Work Experience PLUS! in Administration, designed for 18–25 year olds living in the North West London area who are currently not in education, employment or training (NEET).

The programme will take place on 9, 10 and 11 September, from 10:00am–12:00pm, delivered live via Microsoft Teams.

Over the three days, participants will:

• Discover what it's like to work as an Administrator in Health & Social Care
• Practise real workplace scenarios through AI-powered roleplay simulations, including handling enquiries at a GP surgery reception and a simulated job interview
• Meet our Admin/Digital Lead, who will give an insight into how data and digital tools are used in the workplace, including data entry, data quality, Excel and Pivot Tables — followed by a hands-on digital workplace activity
• Build their CV, develop transferable skills, and practise interview technique
• Explore next steps into Admin and Digital careers in Social Care

Participants who complete the programme will receive:

• An NHS Certificate of Completion
• Access to podcasts and further learning resources (Excel, Administration, Communication, CPD and more)
• Enrolment onto the NWL Recruitment & Talent Hub
• Guidance on their next steps
