Compassionate Communities Grant Programme
The types of projects will support include:
- Encouraging a healthy diet and taking regular exercise
- Providing support and information on how/where to access screening (tests) services, and medical treatment for illnesses described above. Information could be, e.g., leaflets in relevant languages
- Reducing alcohol intake
- Reducing isolation
- Smoking cessation
The deadline for applications is 12 pm on Thursday 4 September.
