3ST – Third Sector Together – is a group of like-minded charities that have been working together since 2019 across the eight boroughs of North West London (NWL / NW London): Harrow, Hillingdon, Brent, Hounslow, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.
A 3ST video: featuring Iain Cassidy, CEO of Open Age and one of our Leadership Group members.
We came together to respond to the changing structures in health and care commissioning and collectively we aim to:
Improve how statutory health and care services engage with and invest in the third sector
Simplify access for statutory partners to the extensive and complex range of health, wellbeing and preventative services provided by the third sector
Innovate, reflect and use our creativity and understanding of what improves life to ensure continuous improvement and to collectively develop alternative models of care and support
Use our collaborative advantage to bring scope, scale and value to new NW London structures, by offering our proven preventative service models at scale that we know reduce, or significantly delay, demand for primary health and social care services
Promote trust and collaboration by working together - and actively encouraging others to work with us - to improve the coordination of services, share good practice, develop new strategic partnerships and jointly bid for resources
Collectively support sector learning, collaboration and development.
